The Alahwazi Organization for Human Rights (A.O.H.R)condemns the arrest of three leaders of the political wing of the Arab Struggle Movement for the Liberation of Ahwaz in Denmark following a series of raids on their homes conducted by the Danish security forces.

The organization also condemns arrest of a member of the struggle movement residing in the Netherlands, as well as arresting many others of Ahwazna channel crew and suspending the channel's broadcast.
The organization emphasize the invalidity of the charges that were formulated in the Iranian capital, Tehran, by Iranian national security council, one of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard corporations, which is internationally classified as a terrorist.

The organization calls on the authorities in the Netherlands and Denmark to respect the rights of the Ahwazi people in their peaceful struggle to restore human and legal rights in accordance with the laws and international standards, which explicitly provide for respect for the struggle of the occupied and oppressed peoples to obtain the right to self-determination.

While the organization affirms that both countries have an honorable human record, this is through their respect and application of internationally agreed human rights principles, as these two countries also host thousands of Ahwazi refugees on their soil.

The A.O.H.R refuses that European union allow Iran to place the arrest the minorities opposition activists, including the Ahwazians as its precondition for economic and political cooperation or even regarding its controversial nuclear program, which threatens international peace and security.
Worth to mention in November 2017 Dutch city of Denakh witnessed the assassination of Ahmed Mawla Neisi, one of the leaders of the Arab Struggle Movement for the Liberation of Ahwaz, in front of his home, where the Dutch authorities revealed the Iranian intelligence service's involvement in this terrorist operation.
Consequently a number of Iranian embassy employees in the Netherlands were expelled.
Additionally Sweden and Denmark also witnessed, in October of 2018, an assassination attempt that targeted four leaders of the Arab Struggle Movement for the Liberation of Al-Ahwaz, but this process failed after it was exposed by the Swedish and Danish security authorities.

It was later proven that the Iranian embassy in Berlin and a number of employees of the Iranian embassy in Norway were involved in this terrorist attempt.

The Alahwazi Organization for Human Rights calls on the European Union countries to protect the Ahwazi refugees residing on the European lands and respect their political movement to define their humanitarian rights and uncover Iranian crimes against them.
