The Iranian authority on the morning of Tuesday September 3^rd, 13 had carried out the execution of an AlAhwazi prisoner named Samir H. at Karoon prison of AlAhwaz.

The Iranian authority had claimed that it had arrested Mr. Samir H. a resident of a village near the city of Abadan about a year ago with the charges of murder and implemented the execution after one year of imprisonment.

The AlAhwazi human rights organization has not yet confirmed the validity of the charges made against him by the Iranian government as it has never been proved against all other AlAhwazi prisoners who are facing the death penalty sentence. The available evidence and the documents clearly prove the executed prisoners are all cultural and political activist of AlAhwaz province.

The AlAhwazi human rights organization while condemning the execution of it citizens by the Iranian government an, it requests that their rights to be respected and guaranteed in accordance to the International humanitarian laws with the opportunity to freely choose a defense lawyer for their trial.
