The arrest of three Al Ahwazicitizens at the village of Khalef Al Moslem subsidiary of Shoosh city
The arbitrary arrest of three Al Ahwazicitizens during a raid on the village of Khalef Al Moslem by the Iranian security forces on Wednesday August 28th, 2013 without any official order by the legal authorities.
The three Al Ahwazi detainees during the mentioned raid were as follows:
- FarhanBeitAbdollah(AlKaebi) son of Reza, married with children
- SaeidBeitAbodollah(AlKaebi) son of Younes, 17 years old and single
- Johnny Chayani(AlKaebi) son of Kaehf, married with children
The three detainees are being held without any charges at an undisclosed location possibly at the intelligence centers of the cities of Shoosh or AlGhanitereh.
The AlAhwazi human rights organization totally condemns such arbitrary arrests of its citizens and particularly the arrest of the innocent teenagers who do not exceed the 18 years of age which is totally a violation of the International governments and human rights laws.
We must also state that Mr.Kahf Chayani,the father of detainee Mr.JohnnyJayani was also arrested as the political activist during the 1980’s and lost his vision sight due to the physical torture during detention by the Iranian Intelligence Forces.
